Following lunch, attendees witnessed the passing of the gavel to Chair Elect Joseph Molinaro and the swearing in of the new 2023-2024 Eastern Region Executive Council. Also honored was Wanda Borges, Esq., Borges & Associates, LLC, Syosset, NY, this years’ winner of the Warren Pinchuck Volunteer Service Award.
